    Telesales / Marketing Personnel

    Role Overview

    • As a Tele Sales Agent, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and close sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
    • Present and promote products/services clearly and effectively.
    • Identify customer needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate records of all calls and sales in the CRM system.
    • Provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

    What We're Looking For

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
    • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Ability to handle rejection and stay resilient.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
