POSITION SUMMARY

Our client, a notable beverage Manufacturing Company is seeking to hire an experienced Technical Engineer who has worked in a Beverage manufacturing sector. The technical engineer’s responsibilities include assisting Engineers with various tasks like design, construction, equipment installation, and system configuration, maintenance, developing preventative maintenance plans, and providing customer support. The preferred candidate should also be able to operate the production machines, troubleshoot systems, identify problems, and write up reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality control.
• Analyze production processes, schedules, methods and other data and then provide management with reports containing the data and statistics to enable management to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process.
• Ensure that the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations.
• Review and calculate labor, material and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making.
• Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure that manufacturer’s procedures and instructions are followed in order to keep production equipment operational.
• Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality control.
• Compliance with all government laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in the electrical and mechanical engineering discipline.
• Additional certification or license may be required.
• Experience in a similar technical role recommended.
• Ability to operate and maintain the production machines
• Experience working as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others.
