Job Description:

• Facilitate loan collections by supervising team members who assist customers with their defaulting loans and how they can pay their loans.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and share performance reports of the team’s performance daily.
• Ensure proper documentation of customers in due time and check through them for accuracy.
• Ensure your team members keep to the QA deliverables of the business.
• Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress to achieve maximum results.
• Ensure that customers (loan defaulters) are treated cordially and are held in high esteem to make them patronize our clients continuously.
• Create a good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work to achieve maximum results.
• Evaluate performance records of account managers periodically to ensure that they meet up with their KPI and align with business objectives. 
• Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills. 
• Assist in interviewing and the training of new account managers.

Other duties as assigned 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Enjoys solving problems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet
• Good listening skills and superb questioning techniques.

Academic Qualifications:
B.Sc./HND/ experienced in Banking or any financial field that deal with debt recovery is preferred.
