Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly organized Social Media Strategist to join our firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, engage target audiences, and support business growth. The role also involves graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing activities across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Design visually appealing graphics, flyers, banners, and promotional materials using graphic design tools.
• Manage and maintain the company\'s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Create and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
• Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company\'s brand identity and communication standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or related software.
• Excellent content writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and advertising.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and running paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
