Talent Sourcing Partner at Qore

•  Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and talent profiles.
• Proactively source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technology, product, operations, and business roles.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and engagement to assess fit and interest.
• Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide market insights, talent availability trends, and salary benchmarks to support hiring decisions.
• Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process through to offer stage when required.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences and other relevant disciplines.
• 2–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably within fintech, tech, or fast-growth startups.
• Proven experience sourcing for technical roles (engineering, product, data, infrastructure) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report sourcing metrics.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
