Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
• Monitoring employee performance.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures
• Updating job requirements when needed
• Contacting applicants’ references
• Performing criminal background checks as required.

Education & Experience

• Background in Human Resource management and relevant fields
• 1-2 years experience in Talent management and capacity development
