    Talent Acquisition Officer

    Job Purpose

    The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring positive candidate experience, and supporting workforce planning initiatives.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
    • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. 
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules. 
    • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. 
    • Ensure smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 
    • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. 
    • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management review. 
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws. 

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. 
    • Experience in Consulting is an added advantage 
    • Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices 
    • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. 
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
    • Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
