Talent Acquisition Officer at Eat'N'Go Limited

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to support our fast-paced FMCG operations. The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring for open roles, and supporting workforce planning across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and business support roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to support workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to recommend suitable talent.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction activities to ensure a smooth employee integration.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within QSR, FMCG, or a high-volume operational environment.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.
