Surveying & Mapping Engineer at CGC Nigeria Limited (CGC)

Description:

• Responsible for the implementation and management of surveying and mapping projects, including project planning, organization and coordination, progress control, etc.;
• Responsible for the collection, processing, analysis and application of surveying and mapping data to ensure data quality and accuracy;
• Responsible for communication and coordination with customers or partners, timely feedback and problem solving;
• Participate in the design and planning of surveying and mapping projects and provide professional opinions and suggestions;
• Assist the company to develop business and markets and improve the company's market competitiveness;
• Other tasks assigned by leaders.
• Fixed work location(FCT), but business trips may be required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, geophysics, geographic information systems, surveying and mapping engineering and other related majors are preferred.
• 2-5 years or more of surveying and mapping work experience.
• Proficient in basic theories, techniques and methods of surveying and mapping, including but not limited to geodesy, topographic survey, remote sensing technology, etc.
• Proficient in surveying and mapping data processing and analysis software, such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, etc.
• Have the ability to compile maps and establish geographic information systems, and be able to independently complete map production and GIS data processing.
• Applicants with topographic surveying or UAV surveying and mapping application experience are preferred.
• Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to work closely with other departments to complete work tasks.
• Have strong learning ability and adaptability, and be able to quickly adapt to new working environments and technological changes.
• Have a rigorous work attitude and sense of responsibility, and be able to ensure work quality and efficiency.
