Lead and coordinate supply chain strategy and operations across the organisation, ensuring efficient, compliant and cost‑effective procurement, inventory and logistics that support service delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement group procurement and supply chain policies, strategies and controls.
Lead strategic sourcing, vendor selection and contract negotiation for major categories.
Oversee procurement of medical and non‑medical goods, equipment and services across facilities.
Coordinate inventory and warehouse management, including medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
Manage vendor relationships, performance and supplier risk.
Drive cost optimisation, value for money and supply‑chain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with procurement governance, audit and regulatory requirements.
Oversee logistics, distribution and demand planning across facilities.
Report on procurement savings, spend analytics and supply‑chain performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business or a related field; Master’s an advantage.
Minimum of 6–8 years in procurement or supply chain, including category or strategic‑sourcing responsibility, with significant experience procuring medical supplies, equipment and pharmaceuticals in a healthcare setting.
