Subject Matter Expert (SME) Facilitators at Energy Talent Company

Overview

• We are expanding, and we are recruiting experienced solar engineers across different regions to facilitate our online and in-person training sessions with our talents.
• The SME Facilitator will join an elite team in the implementation of the program that supports the training and career development of the trainees.

Job Description

• Facilitate our online and offline sessions with talents
• Respond to questions and issues raised by talents during the training sessions Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• 5+ years experience in renewable energy projects.
• Experience coaching and/or facilitation, especially for young adults.
• Success in building trusting, collaborative relationships within and across teams.
• Should be proficient in the use of slack, canvas and zoom for communication with talents.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Solar system design and analysis.
• Solar systems installation and maintenance.
• Technical report writing.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Engineering related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the solar energy sector.
• Currently working/running a solar company leading a team of junior/intermediate level engineers.
