The SME Facilitator will join an elite team in the implementation of the program that supports the training and career development of the trainees.
Job Description
Facilitate our online and offline sessions with talents
Respond to questions and issues raised by talents during the training sessions Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
5+ years experience in renewable energy projects.
Experience coaching and/or facilitation, especially for young adults.
Success in building trusting, collaborative relationships within and across teams.
Should be proficient in the use of slack, canvas and zoom for communication with talents.
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Solar system design and analysis.
Solar systems installation and maintenance.
Technical report writing.
Qualifications
First Degree in Engineering related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the solar energy sector.
Currently working/running a solar company leading a team of junior/intermediate level engineers.
