Role Description:

The Strategy Consultant will work full-time, on-site at our Victoria Island office. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to assess their business challenges, developing strategic solutions, conducting research, analysing industry trends, developing strategic insights, preparing strategy reports, business plans, and financial models. The consultant will also support the design and implementation of management strategies that enhance organisational effectiveness. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Analyse macroeconomic trends, sector developments, and regulatory developments.
• Support the development of corporate strategies, business plans, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategy recommendations and feasibility studies.
• Prepare strategy reports, proposals, and board-level presentations. 
• Support the execution of consulting engagements and project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline 
• 5–7 years’ relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, research, or financial advisory.
• Strong financial analysis and financial modelling capability
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both oral and written 
• Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
• Proficiency with relevant business tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in consulting or business strategy development is an advantage
