Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities and analyse current market trends
Develop and execute strategies to grow the company's market share and revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth
Lead negotiations for new partnerships and contracts
Monitor and analyse competitors and market trends to identify threats and opportunities
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast sales targets
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities
Qualifications
Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, MBA or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in large construction project execution
Experience in business development, sales, or marketing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and close deals
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
