Store / Inventory Officer at White Soul Group

About the Role

• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store/Inventory Officer to join our team in Calabar.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining proper storage procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Issue items from the store to departments as requested, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records (manual and electronic).
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, safety, and security of all inventory items.
• Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports to management.
• Work closely with procurement and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory, or stock management.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software is an added advantage.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
