    Store / Inventory Officer

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store/Inventory Officer to join our team in Calabar.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining proper storage procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
    • Issue items from the store to departments as requested, ensuring proper documentation.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records (manual and electronic).
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

    • The Fleet Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained, effectively utilized, and compliant with all regulatory standards.     Key Responsibilities

    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in logistics and transportation.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases, and travel to operational routes when required.

    Responsibilities
    Data Collection & Management:

    • Collect data from various departments including operations, HR, and admin.
    • Ensure all data received is complete, timely, and accurate.
    • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.

    Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (e.g., truck movement, fuel usage, downtime, staff attendance, etc.).
