Treasury Officer at Duxbank Microfinance Bank

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the Bank’s daily liquidity position.
• Prepare daily cash flow and liquidity reports for Management.
• Ensure optimal cash management across all branches and operational accounts.
• Manage placements, investments, and interbank transactions in line with approved treasury policies.
• Monitor funding requirements and recommend strategies to optimize liquidity.
• Reconcile treasury-related accounts and resolve outstanding items promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relating to treasury operations.
• Prepare treasury performance reports and financial analysis for Management.
• Monitor interest income and funding costs to maximize profitability.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Liaise with correspondent banks and other financial institutions.
• Identify and mitigate treasury-related risks.
• Maintain proper documentation of all treasury transactions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Risk, and Internal Control to ensure efficient treasury operations.
• Perform any other treasury-related duties assigned by Management.
