Responsibilities
Staff Management & Supervision:

• Assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members.
• Supervising staff performance and providing guidance and support.
• Handling employee call-outs and finding replacements.
• Addressing and resolving staff conflicts or concerns.
• Ensuring staff adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Assisting with employee training and onboarding.

Operational Duties:

• Opening and closing the restaurant, including setting up equipment and securing the premises.
• Managing cash handling and register counts.
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary supplies.
• Ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

Customer Service & Sales:

• Ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Promoting specials, new products, or services.
• Gathering customer feedback and recommending improvements.

Communication & Reporting:

• Communicating effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Reporting daily activities, sales, and any issues to upper management.
• Communicating effectively with customers and addressing their concerns.

Other Responsibilities:

• May assist with interviewing and hiring new employees.
• May be involved in payroll processing.
• May handle vendor contracts and invoices.
• May be responsible for opening and closing procedures, including securing the premises.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an FSLC / Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 8 years work experience.
