Residency in a West African country.
Minimum of three years journalism experience (exceptional early-career applicants may be considered).
Active affiliation with a radio, television, or digital media outlet (Freelancers can also apply but must back their application with a letter of support from a reputable platform willing to publish/broadcast their stories).
Demonstrated experience in solutions-oriented reporting.
Commitment to adhere to the entire programme, encompassing mandatory workshop, mentorship sessions, and deadlines for story production.
A letter of commitment from affiliated media house.
