To undergo technical operations on simple and complex systems and/or perform highly technical mechanical or diagnostic tests. May operate individually or among groups to diagnose, assess, repair, or maintain Company products, as per SLAs or as requested.
The candidate must possess transferrable Technical expertise and experience in the Engineering and Power generating sectors.
Responsibilities.
Maintains tools in good working condition and ensures functionality; and makes sure the tools are being used in the proper manner.
Ensures spare parts installment, replacement, and acquiring is based on the company standards and relevant policies and procedures.
Diagnoses equipment (repair and installation of solar panels and battery) maintenance needs based on scheduled and arising needs, and reports any potential issue that may not be scheduled, and completing site maintenance reports of the work done with generator status, to avoid preventable breakdowns from occurring
Identifies and reports any breach, misuse, forged spare parts, unauthorized maintenance, and abuse of Generator or installed peripherals
Ensure proper communication of all sales process and related documents, by coordinating with relevant departments for sales implementation and completion
Offer proper prices to customers, upon reviewing customers' portfolio and acquiring the matching prices from the price lists provided by the Sales Manager.
Coordinate the delivery and installation of sold Solar Panels/Batteries to customers through following up with all concerned sales persons and related departments and attend to the commissioning of Solar powered generators on-site when needed, verify process completion and assure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Listen to customers' inquiries, record their needs, suggestions, or complaints, provides them their invoices or other documents and reports to the senior.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in Renewable Engineering.
4+ years of relevant experience in the Engineering and Power generating industry in solar/Renewable Energy.
Proven experience in Renewable/Electrical Engineering market would be an added advantage.
Technical aftersales skill in solar panel repairs and installation.
Analytical, but also ambitious, self-motivated, results-oriented and eager to contribute.
Ability to effectively work with customers from different backgrounds.
