Job Description

• We are looking for a qualified Accountant to oversee our daily financial operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial records using Tally ERP, performing complex data analysis in Excel, and ensuring full compliance with professional and statutory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Record all daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) accurately within Tally.
• Inventory & Costing: Utilize Tally to manage inventory records, track stock movements, and perform cost analysis.
• Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Audit Readiness: Maintain a clean trail of digital and physical documentation for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of core accounting experience.
• B.Sc/HND in Accounting or Finance and must be a Chartered Accountant.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Must reside within Ota and its environs.
