Content Creation: Create bold, eye-catching posts, reels, stories, and visuals to capture attention and build the brand. Ensure that the content is unique, engaging, and not just cookie-cutter templates.
Audience Growth: Implement smart, organic strategies to grow the audience across all platforms. Be active in the accounts daily, engaging with the audience, liking, commenting, and responding to direct messages.
Community Engagement: Manage community interactions, responding to questions, comments, and messages to keep followers engaged and connected.
Platform Optimization: Optimize the company’s YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts for maximum reach and engagement. You’ll also be responsible for launching and growing the TikTok presence.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure that content aligns with brand messaging and pushes the creative boundaries.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
