    Graphic Designer and Content Creator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Asset Creation: Design a range of digital and physical assets, including PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, pitch decks, posters, video storyboards, and booklets.
    • Adobe Suite Proficiency: Create high-quality designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
    • Digital Design: Develop digital marketing materials that align with strategic objectives.
    • Project Collaboration: Work with project teams to deliver visually appealing designs that meet business goals.
    • Design Adaptation: Ensure cohesive and consistent brand experiences across multiple formats and platforms.
    • Presentation Skills: Present your designs, explain your rationale, and gain client approval.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, with expertise in both digital and print media.
    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Knowledge of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
    • Experience designing PowerPoint presentations, booklets, posters, social posts, packaging, and marketing collateral.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality design work.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to translate complex information into compelling visual formats.

    Email Lifecycle Associate

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lifecycle Email Marketing: Support and execute lifecycle email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and optimization for higher engagement and conversions.
    • Email Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as Braze or similar platforms (preferred), with an understanding of HTML and CSS for email design.
    • Content Support: Assist in creating email content, such as newsletters, announcements, and product updates (you will be trained on writing and designing content).

    Social Media Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation: Create bold, eye-catching posts, reels, stories, and visuals to capture attention and build the brand. Ensure that the content is unique, engaging, and not just cookie-cutter templates.
    • Audience Growth: Implement smart, organic strategies to grow the audience across all platforms. Be active in the accounts daily, engaging with the audience, liking, commenting, and responding to direct messages.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Content Creation & Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.).
    • Community Engagement: Experience in managing community interactions across multiple platforms, responding to questions, comments, and direct messages.
    • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organized & Collaborative: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work closely with the team, and execute on creative ideas.
