Lifecycle Email Marketing: Support and execute lifecycle email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and optimization for higher engagement and conversions.
Email Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as Braze or similar platforms (preferred), with an understanding of HTML and CSS for email design.
Content Support: Assist in creating email content, such as newsletters, announcements, and product updates (you will be trained on writing and designing content).
Basic CRM Support: Help manage CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and effective communication with customers.
A/B Testing: Assist in A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies for improving engagement and conversions.
Growth Marketing Concepts: Learn and assist with growth marketing techniques, including email deliverability, privacy laws, and attribution.
Additional Support Areas (No experience needed):
Content Creation: Learn how to design graphics using Canva and write copy for email and social media posts.
Social Media & Marketing Trends: Participate in research and strategy implementation for social media and online marketing initiatives.
Support Role: Help with various marketing-related tasks such as reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, and managing software tools.
