Production Officer at Wokcity Restaurant

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Production Officer to oversee food production, quality control and inventory across our kitchen and bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production planning & coordination
• Supervision of Head Cook, cooks & bakers
• Quality control (taste, portion, consistency)
• Inventory management & stock control
• Wastage and cost control
• Hygiene & kitchen standards enforcement
• Daily production & stock reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in restaurant/QSR production supervision
• Strong leadership & organisational skills
• Knowledge of food safety & hygiene
• Able to work shifts, weekends & under pressure
