    Young Talent Program (Consumer Lending Specialists)

    The Young Talent Program for Consumer Lending Specialists is designed to develop ambitious and results-driven graduates into skilled professionals in retail and consumer lending. Participants will receive structured training, hands-on experience, and performance coaching to support customer acquisition, loan processing, and portfolio growth while maintaining strong credit quality and customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage prospective customers for consumer loan products.
    • Educate clients on loan offerings, eligibility requirements, and repayment terms.
    • Support loan application processing, documentation, and verification.
    • Conduct basic credit assessments in line with company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and disbursements.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment and portfolio quality.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Participate in training sessions, mentoring, and performance reviews under the Young Talent Program.
    • Meet assigned sales and portfolio targets.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management guidelines.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
    • 1 year of experience (NYSC completed or in progress, depending on company policy).
    • Strong interest in sales, finance, and customer relationship management.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills.
    • Basic understanding of lending or financial products is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
