Social Media Officer at SPO Designs Limited

Location: Agungi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
• Create multimedia content, including graphics, short videos, stories, and written posts.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and messaging.
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through social platforms.
• Community Engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or an related course
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms
• Content creation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, paid ads, branding).
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 per month.
