• We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager Intern to join our team and assist in managing our social media presence. Responsibilities

• Content Creation:

  • Assist in developing engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and marketing goals.

• Social Media Management:

  • Schedule and publish posts across different social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.

• Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.

• Research and Trends:

  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment.

• Community Engagement:

  • Foster and grow online communities by actively participating in discussions and building relationships with followers.
  • Identify and engage with influencers or partners to expand the brand's reach.

• Photography and Design:

  • Basic skills in creating visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts.
  • Curate and organize visual assets for social media content.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Strong passion for social media and familiarity with major platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Duration and Compensation:

• This is a 6months internship position with the possibility of extension. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
