• As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Sygnite, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that showcase our innovative power and energy solutions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about digital marketing in the clean energy industry while contributing to meaningful environmental impact through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media content strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
• Create engaging visual and written content highlighting Sygnite's energy solutions, projects, and industry insights
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant hashtags to optimize content reach
• Support the creation of marketing materials including infographics, blog posts, and video content
• Track and analyze social media metrics using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
• Assist with organizing and promoting virtual and in-person events through social media channels
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex energy concepts into accessible social media content
• Help maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and communications

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Environmental Studies, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices
• Basic knowledge of social media management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or environmental issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing analytics
• Previous internship or project experience in marketing or social media
• Knowledge of the energy industry or sustainability sector
• Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing platforms
