Operations Associate / Intern at HelpMum

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of maternal health programs and outreach activities
• Assist in managing logistics for antenatal care initiatives, community visits, and health campaigns
• Maintain accurate data on program activities, beneficiaries, and outcomes
• Support field teams/officers working with pregnant women, nursing mothers, and healthcare providers
• Assist in organizing trainings, workshops, and community engagement sessions
• Coordinate with healthcare partners, midwives, and clinics
• Monitor program implementation and report operational challenges
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with operational processes
• Provide general administrative and operational support in HelpMum.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or current student in Public Health, Nursing, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in maternal and child health
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in both office and field environments.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
