    Social Media Manager

    Role Summary:

    Combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.

    Specific Duties:

    • Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
    • Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
    • Reports progress and analytics to the organization executives with insights on growing and expanding products’ social media visibility on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
    • Researches and generates leads plus engages potential clients on the USP of the organization’s products and services.
    • Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
    • Designs a comprehensive launch campaign in collaboration with traditional media contacts to promote new products and features.
    • Oversee the development and growth of all social media accounts across all platforms as needed

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
    • Hands on experience in content management
    • Excellent copywriting skills
    • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
    • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
    • Knowledge of online marketing channels
    • Familiarity with web design
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Analytical and multitasking skills
    • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
