Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to join our dynamic Marketing department.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.
• This dual role requires a blend of artistic skills, strategic thinking, and social media expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:

• Create visually stunning graphics and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and event materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to enhance our social media presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum experience of 3 - 5years.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager, preferably within a marketing department.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing and animation software.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with web design and HTML/CSS.
