Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our startup team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content across various social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience.
• Create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Manage all social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach and engagement.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually improve social media presence.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation across various platforms.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to tailor content for different platforms and audiences.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
