Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Content Creator to help shape how Contraktor is seen, understood, and trusted in the market.
This role goes beyond posting graphics—it is about telling the Contraktor story, educating users, driving adoption, and supporting customer and artisan acquisition through compelling, consistent content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a content plan aligned with Contraktor’s growth, trust, and education goals.
- Create high-quality content across formats including:
- Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts etc)
- Static and motion graphics.
- Educational posts (how-it-works, use explainer, artisan tips)
- Testimonials, success stories, and before/after job showcases
- Translate product features into simple, engaging storytelling.
Social Media & Community Growth
- Manage and grow Contraktor’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Craft platform-specific captions and messaging that resonate with:
- Customers seeking trusted artisans
- Artisans looking for jobs and credibility
- Respond to comments and messages in collaboration with the support team to maintain brand tone and trust.
Campaign & Product Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, feature rollouts, and promotions.
- Create content for: Referral campaigns; Users activity; State or city launches
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align content with real-time platform activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience creating content for digital products, startups, or marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply and visually.
- Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar).
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (reach, engagement, conversion).
Required Skills & Qualifications
