    • Stella Maris Schools is seeking a results-oriented Digital Growth Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that increase awareness of the school, generate enquiries from prospective families and support student enrolment growth.
    • Unlike the Social Media Manager, who focuses primarily on content and community engagement, the Digital Growth Manager will oversee broader digital acquisition activities, campaign performance, lead generation, conversion tracking and marketing analytics.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with the school's approved growth and enrolment objectives.
    • Plan and manage digital campaigns across suitable channels, including search engines, paid advertising, email marketing and other relevant platforms.
    • Generate and track enquiries from prospective parents and guardians through approved digital channels.
    • Manage or coordinate paid campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, subject to approved budgets and access.
    • Improve the school's website and online enquiry journey to make it easier for prospective families to obtain information and register interest.
    • Monitor website traffic, enquiry volumes, lead sources, conversion rates and campaign costs.
    • Use analytics to identify effective campaigns, underperforming channels and opportunities for improvement.
    • Coordinate with the admissions team to track enquiries, follow-ups, campus visits and progression towards enrolment.
    • Develop and maintain lead-tracking and campaign-reporting processes using approved systems.
    • Conduct market and audience research to understand parent needs, local demand and relevant competitor activity.
    • Coordinate digital campaign content and creative materials with the Social Media Manager and other relevant staff.
    • Prepare regular performance reports with insights, recommendations and proposed next steps.
    • Manage campaign spending only within approved budgets and established authorisation procedures.
    • Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable privacy requirements and the school's approved communication standards.

    Requirements and qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, customer acquisition or growth-focused marketing.
    • Practical understanding of digital campaign planning, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
    • Working knowledge of website analytics, campaign tracking and performance reporting.
    • Ability to interpret data and turn findings into actionable marketing recommendations.
    • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and digital marketing measurement.
    • Strong communication, planning, analytical and project coordination skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with admissions, communications and management teams and report against agreed objectives.

    Desirable qualifications

    • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, landing pages and marketing automation.
    • Experience generating enquiries or sales leads for schools, education providers or service-based organisations.
    • Familiarity with search engine optimisation (SEO), conversion rate optimisation and audience segmentation.
    • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on cost per lead and campaign return.

    Performance expectations

    • Performance will be assessed against agreed targets, which may include qualified enquiry volume, lead conversion, website performance, campaign efficiency, reporting quality and contribution to enrolment objectives. Targets and budget authority should be agreed by management before the role commences.
