Position Overview:

As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, interact with followers, and help promote our brand and products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
• Engage with our followers and cultivate a positive online community around our brand.
• Assist with the development and implementation of social media campaigns and strategies.
• Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred but not required.
