Senior UI/UX Designer at Tanta Innovative Limited

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design department, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences. You will be responsible for translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, usability)
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented and functioning as intended
• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer or similar role at least 7years experience.
• Portfolio of design projects showcasing strong UI/UX skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and articulate your design decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Familiarity with motion design and animation principles
• Experience conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
