What You’ll Do

• Lead the Charge: Develop and execute high-level sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Master the Market: Identify new opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, and close multi-million naira deals.
• Brand Storytelling: Oversee marketing campaigns, manage social media, and create content that converts followers into homeowners.
• Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential and existing clients.

Who You Are

• Qualified: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven Closer: You have a verifiable track record in Real Estate sales (Luxury/Mid-market).
• Strategic Marketer: You understand the digital landscape and how to use it to find the right buyers.
• Negotiator: You possess elite communication and presentation skills.
