    Senior Sales Manager

    Description

    • We are seeking a Senior Sales and Investment Executive for a leading Finance company that is redefining financial inclusion across Nigeria and Africa.
    • This in-person, mid-level management role in Abuja and Lagos is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at structuring strategic investment opportunities, driving revenue growth, and cultivating high-value client relationships.

    Responsibilities
    As Senior Sales and Investment Executive, you will:

    • Shape Investment Growth: Develop and implement sales and investment strategies targeting key market segments to drive adoption, retention, and portfolio growth.
    • Strategic Advisory: Partner with clients and internal teams to design tailored investment solutions that align with market trends and organizational goals.
    • Lead Go-to-Market Initiatives: Plan and execute campaigns, activations, and initiatives that translate investment opportunities into measurable revenue outcomes.
    • Forge High-Impact Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic collaborations that accelerate market penetration and strengthen the company’s investment portfolio.
    • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage market intelligence, analytics, and investor insights to optimize sales strategies and investment offerings.

    Requirements
    Who We’re Looking For:

    • Proven Expertise: 3 – 5 years in sales, investment management, or business development within fintech, financial services, or investment-focused organizations.
    • Strategic & Results-Oriented: Adept at formulating growth strategies and delivering tangible outcomes.
    • Relationship Builder: Strong ability to convert client needs into investment opportunities and long-term partnerships.
    • Analytical & Innovative: Comfortable navigating complex investment landscapes and identifying novel growth levers.
    • Based in Abuja or Lagos: Familiarity with local business ecosystems and networks, with the ability to drive engagement effectively.
