Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products in complex, cross-functional environments.
Strong technical background, with experience in product and program management across growth, engineering, data, and operations functions
Strong understanding of financial services, credit and fintech, ideally in emerging markets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Experience working with B2B API and SaaS-focused products
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with a passion for driving positive impact in emerging markets.
Ability to handle competing priorities and work hard to achieve set company objectives
