This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja for a Senior Product Manager
The individual in this role will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative financial products.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research, defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing end-to-end product performance.
The Senior Product Manager will ensure products align with the company’s goals and cater to evolving customer needs while driving business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Product Management, Product Roadmap Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management experience
Strong understanding of Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and User-Centered Design principles
Collaboration and Communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strategic Thinking with an ability to align products with organizational objectives
Experience in the financial services sector, especially in lending or investment products, is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Adept at leveraging performance metrics and analytics to drive decision-making
