Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja for a Senior Product Manager
• The individual in this role will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative financial products.
• Key responsibilities include conducting market research, defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing end-to-end product performance.
• The Senior Product Manager will ensure products align with the company’s goals and cater to evolving customer needs while driving business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Product Management, Product Roadmap Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management experience
• Strong understanding of Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and User-Centered Design principles
• Collaboration and Communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strategic Thinking with an ability to align products with organizational objectives
• Experience in the financial services sector, especially in lending or investment products, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Adept at leveraging performance metrics and analytics to drive decision-making
