Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and detail-oriented Legal Officer who will provide legal support to the organization, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect the company’s legal interests. The ideal candidate must be professional in appearance, well-presented, and possess strong interpersonal skills to represent the company effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents
• Provide legal advisory services to management and other departments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
• Handle property documentation and due diligence processes
• Manage litigation matters and liaise with external counsel when necessary
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on corporate matters
• Attend meetings and represent the company where required

Requirements

• LL.B (Bachelor of Laws)
• BL (Call to Bar)
• Minimum of 3–5 years post-call experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of property law and corporate law
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Professional, confident, and well-presented with excellent communication skills
