Senior HR Analyst (Learning and Development) at High Performance Consulting

Summary

This ideal candidate is responsible for performing advanced and specialized hands-on HR Consulting duties in a fast-paced environment while delivering value to clients and the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Support consultant in pursuing strategic opportunities to cultivate business partnerships and relationships.
• Support to Identify, design and implement general HR strategies and solutions to achieve agreed client deliverables.
•  Provide high level, timely and professional support to clients in various capacities including but not limited to HR Business Partnering support
• Support process of partnership development
• Supervise and mentor Analyst and Trainee Analyst.

Requirements:

•  Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable higher institution.
• Certification in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
