    Senior Finance Executive

    As a Senior Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes. You will ensure financial accuracy, provide insights to support decision-making, and help maintain strong financial controls to support business growth and sustainability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and reconciliation
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
    • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
    • Support management with financial analysis and decision-making insights
    • Monitor expenses and identify cost control opportunities
    • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
    • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
    • Improve financial processes, systems, and controls
    • Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
    • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is required
    • At least 5 years’ proven experience in finance or accounting, with senior-level exposure
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
    • Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    • High level of integrity and professionalism
