Compensation: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 monthly base + conversion-based commissions

About the Role 

Our client, Thrive Green Media, is a strategic growth and media agency. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to convert strategic direction into consistent, high-performing marketing execution. This role owns campaign delivery, content operations, and performance optimization across channels. The ideal candidate acts as a sales funnel manager, co-coordinating platforms, and performance to ensure that all marketing activities drive measurable engagement, quality inbound leads, and conversions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across all active channels.
• Own and manage lead magnets, qualifying and converting leads
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (engagement, traffic, and leads).
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment between messaging and visuals.
• Maintain documentation of processes, calendars, and campaign performance reports.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience in marketing execution, content management, or social media coordination.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills (ability to manage timelines).
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into optimization insights.
• Experience or ability to lead and provide feedback to a small support team (interns).
• Proficiency in digital tools for scheduling, email marketing, and analytics.
• Reliable, performance-driven, and capable of operating with minimal supervision.
