    Senior Associate (Corporate, Commercial and Finance Law)

    Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate with minimum of 7 years Post Qualification Experience in corporate finance, project finance, and corporate & commercial law to join our growing practice.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Lead complex transactions and advisory mandates
    • Draft and negotiate financing, security & commercial agreements
    • Advise on regulatory compliance and deal structuring
    • Manage due diligence and stakeholders.

    Job Requirements

    • A degree in Law is required.
    • A master's degree or a Ph.D. in Law will be an added advantage.
    • Must be qualified to practise as a lawyer in Nigeria and be a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
    • Minimum of 7 years' post-call experience
    • Legal experience in corporate finance, project finance, and corporate & commercial law.
