Senior Account Officer at JNC International Limited

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Close monitoring of Bank Accounts for adequate funding
• Prompt reconciliation of bank and ledger transactions for clients and staff
• Updating and posting of payments and deposits into SAGE
• Daily preparation of cash position raising & posting of payment from customers & other sources
• Overseeing lodgement of customer’s cheques
• Preparation of daily summary Float position
• Updating & Posting of Sundry Vendors’ Invoices (Sage)

Qualifications

• First degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Professional accounting or finance qualification (CIS, CFA, ACCA, ACA)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or a related industry
• Experience in an audit environment, with exposure to the use of SAGE software
• Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of financial concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
