Secretary to Chairman & Marketing Manager at Kingrock International Nigeria Limited

Responsibilities

• Manage executive scheduling, administrative operations, and cross-functional PR initiatives
• Oversee project lifecycles: Planning → Implementation → Monitoring → Reporting
• Serve as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders with timely communication
• Conduct performance analysis and deliver executive briefings
• Coordinate high-level meetings and business engagements.

Requirements

• Educational background: Senior high school diploma minimum (Bachelor’s degree from top-tier universities preferred)
• ≤26 years old | Height ≥165cm
• Exceptional personal presence:Professional image, polished demeanor, and strong etiquette awareness
• Foundational qualities:Proactive mindset, cultural sensitivity, and grace under pressure
• Technical proficiency: Advanced computer literacy (MS Office Suite required; CRM tools a plus)
