Operations Support Officer at PalmPay

Flexi Microfinance Bank (Flexi MFB) is a subsidiary of PalmPay, supporting financial services and operational expansion across Nigeria. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Officer to support field operations, ensure accurate data tracking, and drive efficient coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily activities of field agents
• Track operational data (activations, onboarding, reports)
• Maintain accurate records and prepare simple performance reports
• Ensure field teams follow processes and meet targets
• Assist in resolving field and customer-related issues
• Communicate updates between field teams and management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 0-2 years experience in operations, admin, or coordination role
• MUST be available to resume immediately.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Salary

•  ₦150,000 monthly
