    Scrum Master/Agile Coach

    Job Summary

    • The Scrum Master/Agile Coach will be responsible for leading Agile practices, mentoring teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive high-performance teams.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead Agile transformations by embedding Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles across teams.
    • Mentor and coach cross-functional teams to optimise performance and delivery through Agile frameworks.
    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
    • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
    • Identify impediments, remove roadblocks, and enhance team productivity by implementing Agile best practices.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
    • Drive the adoption of Agile tools and frameworks to improve workflow efficiency.
    • Provide training and workshops to enhance Agile maturity within the organisation.
    • Evaluate and refine Agile processes to align with industry standards and best practices.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP are preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile coaching, Scrum mastery, or related roles.
    • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading Agile transformations across organisations.
    • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.
    • Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
    • Ability to foster a high-performance culture by driving continuous improvement and innovation.
