    Sales Personnel

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Personnel at FIN Insurance Company Limited in Lagos.
    • The Sales Personnel will be responsible for daily sales activities, including prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
    • The role involves promoting FIN Insurance products, providing accurate information to clients, and addressing their inquiries and concerns and generally projecting a good brand image of the company.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good knowledge of insurance products and industry
    • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Previous experience in insurance sales is a plus
